There’s a saying that it’s not the challenges that define us, but how we choose to respond to them. It’s what we choose to do with the things within our control.
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is challenging all of us and as such, it presents humanity with choices. Choices about the way we live our lives and how we interact with others. About how we treat our planet and all the living things we share it with. Choices in this moment and for the longer term.
It may feel like there’s not a great deal within our control right now, but here’s something simple that is. We can all incubate love and kindness, and spread it far and wide.
